Scope of Work – Floor Restoration
- Remove items from the work area (furniture, etc.- heavy/stationary furniture is omitted)
- Emulsifier application (stripper) to dissolve old finish
- Machine scrubbing of tile floor to remove dirt and old finish
- Wet-vacuuming and removal of slurry
- Rinsing and mopping with a floor neutralizer
- Apply 3-4 coats of high-quality floor finish
- Return items to the location removed from
BUFFING
Scope of Work – Floor Restoration

- Use high-speed buffer
- Use appropriate buffing pads to buff
- Use special buffing cream
- Return items to the location removed from
TILE/GROUT CLEANING
Scope of Work – Tile/Grout Cleaning
- Remove items from the work area (furniture, etc.- heavy/stationary furniture is omitted)
- Machine scrubbing of tile floor to remove dirt
- Machine scrubbing/steaming of tiles and grouts
- Wet-vacuuming and removal of dirt
- Rinsing and mopping with a floor neutralizer
- Return items to the location removed from
