MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT CLEANING

ROOMS GENERAL (All Rooms, Kitchens, Laundry and Baths)

• Appliances cleaned in/out
• Baseboards, doors, door knobs, and light switches
• Built in cabinets cleaned
• Cabinets (vacuum and clean inside/outside)
• Carpet vacuumed
• Ceilings dusted and cobwebs removed as needed
• Closet shelving, drawers and rods dusted
• Doors (clean front, back, sides, and top)
• Dust & polish stair railing & banisters
• Electrical switches and outlets cleaned
• Vents (dusted and wiped if possible)
• Floors (tile, wood, marble cleaned appropriately)
• Light fixtures/ceiling fans and bulbs cleaned
• Sink, faucet, chrome cleaned
• Trim: clean base boards, window and door frames, handrails, mantels
• Appliances cleaned inside and out (will only be moved if the cleaner(s) is able to move it/them)

BATHROOMS

• Cabinets cleaned in/out
• Counters (cleaned)
• Dust/wipe down inside of cabinets & drawers
• Mirrors & lights (cleaned)
• Shower door, tracks and glass (in/out)
• Sink & chrome- scrub, rinse, and polish
• Toilet- clean & sanitize (out/in)
• Tubs and showers cleaned

WINDOWS

• Glass interior
• Window seals
• Window tracks & frames

PATIO/BALCONY/UTILITY

• Floors (sweep or vacuum as needed)
• Furnace, water heaters and other utilities dusted
• Rails (dusted)

COMMON AREA

• Clean Stove/oven 
• Clean/sanitize the sink
• Wipe cabinet (inside and out)
• Vacuum/sweep/mop all floors including stairways and breezeway
